I just went and checked after I saw your post. Mine is still "stuck in production" since 7-19-23. However, my window sticker hasn't been available for almost a week now.

Agreed, my new shipping dates are the 15th - 21st. Slips everyday a bit further. This strike ain't gonna make matters better either. Feel for the dealers too right now.

Soooo. What do you think the odds will be that the UAW decide to strike at the Chicago Explorer plant if they don't reach an agreement by midnight? It's getting so crazy that you can't make things up.

My VIN was never listed as a recall in the NHTSA. Perhaps that is why they keep them stuck in "production" at the factory and don't say "built" until the 360 is updated and fixed?

I'm curious. Was your ford "tracker" ever updated? Mine is stuck in production since 7-19, but I was told it should ship between Sept 3rd-9th. Update, now chat said shipping Sept 8th-14th.

How can they do that? Don't you have a contract? Just amazing to me how some businesses survive with such poor customer service.
