    Steeda Sway Bar Hitting Spring

Interesting. Both sides on mine were super close. I had to have it just right to not rub. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda Sway Bar Hitting Spring

Thanks for that info. I tried that. Completely centered the bar with the bolts loose. I tried to slide the bushings inward so they touch the flange but could not get both sides to touch. I’ll try again and see what happens. I’ve had this on and off so many times it like changing a tire now...

    Steeda Sway Bar Hitting Spring

Thank you. I think I’ll go that route. I even used a credit card to slide between the bar and springs to be sure. So close! Being that I won’t use the far end of the sway bar, what are your thoughts on cutting it shorter? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda Sway Bar Hitting Spring

Has anyone else had issues with there Steeda sway bar hitting the stock rear springs? I reinstalled mine twice and moved it equal distance between the two springs. It was fine for a few days then shifted when I took a hard corner. Now it’s hitting again. I emailed Steeda but no response yet. I...

    H&R lowered side pic

I just did the rear one. Pretty straight forward install with the right tools. I also added the exhaust and tune. The only two additions I am considering now are the Steeda springs and possibly the intercooler then I’m done. Good enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    H&R lowered side pic

I just installed mine but still have the stock springs. What a difference. This will help with towing too if needed. The SUV drives like a sports car. Can’t wait to get the Steeda lowering springs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda vs H&R

It looks like he was checking the distance between the sway bar ends and the springs to make sure they we’re equal on both sides. Wish i had this video first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I live in Germany so it takes a little longer. 10 days I think. I love it. Cruise at 115 mph on the autobahn and don’t notice it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda vs H&R

Good point. I will do that this weekend. I wish the Steeda directions would have mentioned that. I may email then with errors in their instructions. I found a few other errors too. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda vs H&R

So, I just verified that the sway bar is hitting the driver side coil. The first pic is the driver side and the second is the passenger side. The driver side looks to be closer to the spring and I can actually feel the mark in the spring where the sway bar is hitting. I guess I’ll try sliding it...

    Steeda vs H&R

Is there any way to shift it and stop it from hitting? I just got home and will climb under it and check. I still have the stock springs too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steeda vs H&R

Yea I used all the lube that was included with the bar. I didn’t put any on the ends though. Just the two bushings in the middle. Maybe it’s the Borla exhaust hitting again. I’ll check. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks. I’ll get under and check. Not sure what else it could possibly be and it would be a serious coincidence Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
