Best part of the Thermal is how easy it is to install. I did mine today and once the old exhaust was off, it was maybe 45 minutes to put the thermal on with the ST on ramps. First car part I've ever installed without the use of curse words.

I have an extra module if you want to check to see if yours has one installed. It is under the driver side brake light on inside of vehicle. Might have to remove some plastic trim to see if you have one or not.

55 mph mine gets 28 mpg, 65 mph it gets about 25 mpg, 75 mph it's around 22 mpg. That's completely flat tho, throw some hills in and it will probalby go down a little. Any stop and go driving and it will drop like a rock.

I don't run the fenfab kit, but if the picture of his kit contents in picture 1 is correct, then yes that is all you need in addition to his kit.

Gearhead tunes with the X4, can't beat their price of 175 for an auto octane tune. Shifts are amazingly smooth and it will knock close to a full second off your 0-60 time. If that ever isn't quick enough for you, an E50 tune from ZFG is the way to go.

If it is actual e85 yes, here in the winter it is often only e70 which would be more like 3.5 gallons.

Mine with gearhead ao tune and everything else stock ran 12.5, with intercooler and intake it ran 12.1, with 24% ethanol on the ao tune it ran 11.94. If intercooler is out of the question, I'd just throw a couple gallons of e85 in the tank.

I like the sound of my mbrp, no drone driving on the highway with stock dp's. Thermal definitely sounds better in person tho.

Definitely looks like it loses a little steam after the initial launch. Have you done an full 1/4 mile passes? I'd be interested to see what the graph on that looks like.

Before I did intercooler intake and spark plugs the best I did was 12.5, but it's definitely a huge difference over stock. It'll put a smile on your face.

Gearhead auto octane tune shifts and drives amazing. In mineshaft air mine went 12.05 in the dragy 1/4, little bit of ethanol added in it went 11.9. If you have ethanol available to you, I would recommend the ZFG e50 tune. It is just insane.
