What Down pipes should i order?

If you’re really worried both SPD and Stainless Works offer GESI cats as an option…nothing better on the market but at about double the cost.

What Down pipes should i order?

That’s not the whole state though…we’ll still have annual inspections in Harris county. Others will too.

What Down pipes should i order?

They plug in a scan where I am in TX…as long as everything is good with no CEL you’re fine. I’ve had SPD 400 cell cats in since 2020…no defoulers needed and zero issues. Just got a new inspection a couple of weeks ago.

    Steeda Grade 12.9 diff bolt(s)

Yea everyone is on the “upgraded” bolt bandwagon these days. I’d stick with the smaller places to buy them like Houston Speed Freaks and Whoosh Motorsports…they did it first.

Just get the CV Fab…do your car a favor.

    DIY Brake Change

If you use Rustoleum you’ll be doing them again before long. The only thing on the market really worth using is the stuff from G2 Caliper Paint.

    DIY Brake Change

FYI if you’re gonna paint the calipers, obviously prep is key. There’s nothing better on the planet than Alumibrite to get those old parts spotless and ready to coat. You can get a bottle at Home Depot…just use rubber gloves because it’s an acid and will definitely take your fingernails if it...

    DIY Brake Change

First…just the 21’s weren’t an option so that’s something that was added after the car was sold. Second…look up how to put the car in Brake Service Mode…do that and it’s a standard parts swap after. You won’t have any need to bleed the brakes…just pop off the calipers, swap rotors, replace the...

Tpms relearn 2020 ford explorer st / black wheel

If you ask pretty much anyone here who to ask about wheel and tire questions…they’re gonna tell you to talk to me. Expert? Nah…but I know a thing or two. Sounds like you got a bad sensor…because again, no relearn or set up process is required other than install and drive. Next time you need a...

Tpms relearn 2020 ford explorer st / black wheel

Any 315mhz TPMS will work and as mentioned above all you have to do is drive a few miles. Yes I read your post….you don’t have to do all that stuff.

    Drone noise

You obviously have a broken stock exhaust. It would behoove you to figure out where before it falls apart driving down the highway.

    What is this doodad?

I believe the technical name is “why you don’t let kids jump on your seats”

Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power error after Intercooler Install

Ideas? Yep…they’re self induced issues. Go back through every plug and check not only that they’re tight and locked in but make sure you didn’t push a pin out of place. Find that issue and you’ll fix your issue.

    Tire fitting question

It’s ok to ask more than one question in your threads. As pointed out already…multiple threads are a faux pas and will likely get you fewer replies.

    Lower valance replacement

As long as you replace everything below the painted part of the bumper, yes.

H&R lowering springs with greaseable rear camber adjustment kit

100% unnecessary part that doesn’t give any more adjustment at all than the factory adjustment point. Keep your money in your pocket.

    Exhaust system is junk

The converters are covered for 8 years or 80K miles. That’s federal…not Ford. They have to fix it. Your exhaust shop sucks too though…average cost is 20 bucks a weld. If you only had one spot break it shouldn’t have cost much more than that unless they had to do some fab work.

I don’t know which builder finished it up but I do remember him saying he went another route mid build.

    Meguiars Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner

A good automotive product won’t have ammonia like household products will. Ammonia can screw up window tint.
