I am not so sure that the camera washers use that much fluid as it just barely bubbles out.

Is it possible to just connect the rear wiper washer hose to the rear camera washer?

May need to be primed. Have some stick their finger over the hole to see if that will force the air out. Apologise in advance for the rear wiper washer soaking them. :o)
