    Stock Muffler Construction?

MRT H-pipe is fairly subtle...adds a little more low, throaty tones. Most would say not enough sound but I don't mind.

    Exhaust Recall?

Federal catalytic converter and emissions warranty is 8 yrs, 80kmiles.

    Rear lighter plug constant power?

Why would you want to remote the exhaust valves with the car off?

    Rear lighter plug constant power?

    Pretty sure it shuts down.

Need Some Assistance WIth My Exhaust Conundrum.

No you cannot. All the axlebacks out there are made to attach to the stock exhaust. Aftermarket catbacks are free to run their own piping path--safe to say, none of them will follow the stock piping path exactly. That said, an exhaust shop could make it work--just doubt it would be worth it...

Need Some Assistance WIth My Exhaust Conundrum.

You mention both catback and axleback. They are two different things. Also axlebacks may not cut the stock pipe in exactly the same spot so you may not be able to swap one axleback with anither. If I were you, go with a full catback system.

Why is the hybrid battery cover still on

Why do you call it a battery cover? Just because in the hybrid, that's where the battery is? It's an undershield, presumably for protection, air flow and noise rejection.

    New owner woes

That is a tough pill to swallow. I would first hit up Ford customer support and beg for some good will as you aren't that far out of powertrain warranty and the TSB is proof some of these trannies are faulty. As far as the FADA goes, YES you should definitely do the intermediate shafter...

    Considering a Dashcam

you just tuck it under the upper trim. When you get to the back, you can just pull some of that hard plastic panel to route the cable into the rubber conduit to the hatchback.

    Considering a Dashcam

I have an older Thinkware Q800 pro myself. It's not too bad hardwiring it in there to get parking mode working. Rear cable is not difficult either.

    Considering a Dashcam

Nice find. That does look good and custom. I'm telling you though, you need won with both front and rear cameras.

    JXB bushing insert

My 2020 has 96k miles. It would not be surprising if pinion or carrier bearings are showing signs of wear. Still, there is no oil leaking out of pinion or axles which I would expect there would be if bearings were seriously degraded. Also, the noise when off throttle was only noticeable with...

    Accel/Decel "Rumble"

could be the flex section has a leak. Could be tha catalytic converter downpipes have a leak. could be a leak in another part of the exhaust. All 3 are fairly common for a MY2020

    Livernois vs ZFG

Livernois is a canned tune. ZFG is custom. It all depends on what you want and use your car for. ZFG folks tend to want the best available and the Dragy validation that goes with it. I have the Livernois... like the performance, the shifting improvement, the price (they had a $499 sale...

2020 ST Various Issues - Exhaust / Drivetrain Vibration / Suspension Clunk

Front axle disconnect actuator (FADA) leaks are extremely common for MY2020-2021. I would look under the center plastic cover and see if you have a leak. When bad, it will cover the plastic oil pan as well. Problem is, it leaks front differential oil which there is only 0.6L to begin with...

    JXB bushing insert

2020ST, so double. I just attributed it to transmitted vibration from the mount to the subframe. The inserts do more than just fill the voids in the bushing--the face will also limit movement when it contacts the surrounding collar of the mount/subframe. Edit: the more i think about it...

    JXB bushing insert

No braces. Only happens when coasting, as soon as you let your foot off the gas.

    JXB bushing insert

Yes. Very noticeable. Almost sounds like a wheel bearing going but as soon as you apply some light throttle, sound is gone.

    Vehicle Speed Sensor Wire Location

front half shaft speed sensor is located on the front differential, inner surface.
