    JXB bushing insert

Stock bolt is M14 x 118mm. Looking at what class 12.9 bolts are out there, I'm thinking Whoosh is 120mm. They make up for the difference with a thick lock washer and another thick washer (conjecture). But with that hex head, I'm not sure you can get some extra thread engagement by replacing...

    JXB bushing insert

I believe the upgraded whoosh bolt is longer than stock. I wonder if the added thickness with the JXB inserts means the stock bolt will not be threaded into the diff cover as much and if that's going to be a problem.

    AWD Module Calibration

Not sure about Forscan. Normally you would use FDRS to run AWD - PMI. Then update the As-Built AWD module using FDRS also, selecting "connector present" on the FADA option. Worst case scenario, just go to the dealer and say you installed a new AWD module and need the PMI/update performed...

    Rear Swaybar upgrade options.

Steeda and Afe. Also, the PIU rear sway bar is somewhere in-between the aftermarket and stock ST sway bars.

I think Ford doesn't know exactly what the issue is. It maybe different for different builds. My early build MY2020 had seldom had the blue screen the first two years. With time or the recalls, the blue screen became a regular problem. After the latest image module update done 1/2024, I have...

    Just hit 50k

50-60k: I'd do spark plugs, front differential oil, transfer case oil, rear differential oil, transmission drain and fill, brake bleed if not done in a while.

Rear driver side tail light not working all the time

Did you verify that the backup light and turn signal light don't work? those are on bulbs. if only the brake light, your tail light is likely the problem. if everything, bcm. Any error codes on a scan?

Rear driver side tail light not working all the time

to me, that makes it less likely the tail light itself is bad. So if you mess with the headlight control switch it can come back? I would try popping that module out, unplugging the module and then replugging it back in. I have had rare issues where forcing a reboot of that switch/module...

    Livernois Motorsports Tune

For sure, we are blessed to have the most aftermarket support than any other 3 row SUV... and it's not even close. As far as the Livernois tune goes, my only wish is that it would display the gear always... like other tuning platforms can do easily. I asked them 3 years ago and here we are...

Mercon ULV ATF vs Amsoil SS Transmission Fluid

dropping the pan, you can exchange 6qts, with vacuum extraction from the dipstick hole, about 4 qts.

    4WD Fault

Certainly possible. Let your dealer know when you get it checked out and also file a report to the NHTSA. One data point doesn't mean a whole lot but if others are reporting similar experiences, then maybe there's something to it.

    Lethal Performance Mid Pipes Installation

I'd guess two hours, not including the time spent going to AutoZone to borrow a pipe expander.

    Lethal Performance Mid Pipes Installation

It doesn't quite fit like OEM. And yes, it can be frustrating to detach old exhaust pieces. one of my rear pieces wouldn't insert easily to the stock piece...ended up using a pipe expander to open it up a bit. It took three times longer than I expected but I don't have a lift. a big metal...

    Cold Acceleration Issues

To me, shifitng is rough or ungainly when car is cold. Like 2020FordRaptor says, I just go easy on the throttle until warm.

that black soot isn't necessarily a problem. BUT when it's coming from a weld, there is definitely a crack there. Bring it in...
