    Rear end damage

Seriously though, if you have the one bolt I would urge you to contact Ford and open a case for them to investigate. This definitely sounds like an error on their end. Here is the Cust Service number 1 (800) 392-3673

    Rear end damage

screw it being a "modification", I would take any 1-bolt (errr, 3 bolt) back to the dealer and demand it be corrected.

    Rear end damage

21 with a 2 bolt here. I could easily see the scerio being a production issue and change to ship units. Hell, production mgr probably found the newest mfg engineer in the plant to sign off on it. I could also see a bad batch of bolts. Suppliers do fake test reports more than people realize...

Explorer ST 1/4 Mile Time Slips

I've always been a bit humble :) A bit more aggressive launches and I think it would be 11.7, but I'm not going to push it anymore. I'm looking for a track and auto-x car now, preferably one that I can tune using HP Tuners. Used car market is stupid though. Going to wait for it to come back...

Explorer ST 1/4 Mile Time Slips

Two runs today, 11.9 @ 117mph each. I'll have to look at the HPT logs as I went easy-ish on the launches. First run was a Tesla Y, second a 5.0 Mustang. The ST def surprised many! Launches were at ~2400 RPM, IATs at start were 124 and 127F, but dropped to 66F by end of each run. Mods are...

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

i don’t have the deflector, but I would think it will fit. I have the same ramps!

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

catted downpipes. I have heard that Brett is now using a different catalytic converter that doesn’t require the defoulers.

    MRT hiflow H-Pipe installation?

Tough to tell by the angle but it almost looks like they used too large of a clamp. Could be that it was still a bit loose when they tightened them as much as possible so they welded it up. There is no reason the clamps should have welds. I wouldn’t be ok with it, but it’s not my ST.

    Lemon Candidate?

It is in the thread. He lives in FL but bought the ST in MS.

    New hpfp and injector option!

I've been running e50 on stock FP for over a month now, no issues. The HPFP is not "needed" for e50 with stock turbochargers. Could you benefit from it, sure because fuel delivery appears to be the bottleneck on this platform. If you are running larger turbos or e85 then you would need the HPFP.

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

The Fenfab downpipes? They are on his website. I've had them installed for a few weeks now, love them. https://fenfabrication.com/parts/fenfabrication-2020-ford-explorer-performance-downpipes

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

I'm not saying quality on one is better than the other, but I would argue if anyone said their DPs were higher quality than Fenfab. Brett doesn't cut corners. Materials of construction are top notch, welds are done right (purged), and his craftsmanship is top-tier. You won't go wrong with...

Loaded my 5* 93 tune today. Dragy times

Adam said the e50 tune is good for e40 to e60 blends.

Loaded my 5* 93 tune today. Dragy times

That g-force dip due to the 1-2 shift is normal, look at every other Draggy post. no leaks here. If the rattle is coming from under the ST it could be the flex sections.

    Low Oil Pressure On Acceleration

I searched a few of the “not commonly used words” and didn’t see anything. Looked for “Sweep” and “obviously” as you used those.

    K&N CAI Status

I have the Fenfab installed and it is awesome. O wrote up an install guide here too. Really shouldn't take more than 2hrs total.

    Low Oil Pressure On Acceleration

Yeah, Adam posted this on FB a while ago. Hasn't been much discussion on it since. I really would be interested in a larger oil pan. And a baffled gas tank, but thats another story....

    Low Oil Pressure On Acceleration

Adam, weren't you thinking of making a larger oil pan? There is plenty of clearance to install one. I would 100% be in for one.

    FS Stock exhaust

@MattJ716 how many customers have walked in the past two years asking for a new factory exhaust? I'd bet it is zero. It's not a consumable item like brake pads. Yes there have been some with the welds that have cracked, but those are more than likely being covered under warranty...
