ZFG 93 tune and vehicle inspection

The tune was emmisons tested, and establishes reasonable basis that it is not altering the emmisons output. It is also in the process of CARB EO approval. So it should not but an issue in anyway, however I can not make any promises as local and state regulations vary. Sent from my SM-N986U...

    Zfg question.

The last group of waitlist emails has just been released. If you were on the waitlist thank you! If you are still looking to get a tune, the regular package will be in stock some time next week! Also look for e50 tunes to come back out this week or next! Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

    ZFG warranty

There is no warranty option. As far as the tune goes we'll work with you to get the tune right. But making any kind of modifications including tuning that you make to your vehicle is at your own risk. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

    Downpipes Upgrade, Worth it?

If you are catless you will not be getting a tune from us. If you had a tune before and go catless you will no longer have our support. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Carb eo is in process for all pump gas explorer tunes. The actual testing is already complete. Now we are in the paperwork phase. It'll be a while but it will happen. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

You can probably get away with 2000 if you are not getting on it, or you can use the stock tune to tow, or I can sell you a tow tune as well. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Of course we're going to be pushing it above the limits the 10r60 is only rated for 600 NM (442 ft-lbs)f input torque. But that's at full life expectancy, and full Duty including towing and everything else. You have to remember this thing has a 5600 pound tow rating on top of the 5000 lb suv...

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Technically speaking I leave all the auto octane functions in place. You could put 87 in a 93 tune and it'll turn itself down to where it would be with 87 on stock file. It's just a big swing in power and I don't want people filling up with 87 and then hammering on it leaving the gas station...

    Installed Livernois Tune

More than you think especially with electronically controlled transmission and turbo cars in general. Plus tuning to how the customer wants the car to feel not what I think is best. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

    I Went to the Dyno - ZFG 93 & E50

Again I'm not sure I see your point a hundred horsepower is a hundred horsepower it's made 100 more horsepower then it did before at wheels. Nobody really cares what it makes up the crank remember that Dyno is just a tool. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

    I Went to the Dyno - ZFG 93 & E50

There's a lot more factors here than you would think one thing that could cause drivetrain loss to climb could be something like an open style torque converter. Which as you throw more and more horsepower at it becomes less and less efficient, that can drive your losses up significantly as you...

    Nitrous Oxide

Do you like the way your pistons are arranged or are looking to rearrange them? Maybe make them external? Lol all jokes aside, not a great idea. It can be done it's just going to carry a lot of risk. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

It was 580 something. That dyno seemed to read a little high on torque idk if they had the engine speed a little off or what. Horsepower is about what I expected though the factory intake box is a huge restriction. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
