Converting crossmember from 1 bolt to 2

Great work, that is a heck of a job! If I do it, I’m spending the money on the timberline diff and doing it at the same time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Adding Side Rails

As stated, it can be done with no drilling. Swapped rails onto our ‘21 with no issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Honestly, it’s just a cover bolt, not too big of a deal. Just don’t over tighten when going back in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rear end damage

Agreed that there is a “better way”, but it’s totally moot as cost of design and install would be totally prohibitive IMO. There are no known failures when two bolts mount through the rear subframe and that’s with several ST’s over the 600whp mark. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rear end damage

Vehicles other than ST’s are failing, plain and simple. So although I really believe that stock ST’s are in a very low risk category compared to those that are tuned/modded, it still can and has happened to untuned vehicles. I’m going to assume based on the this thread and others, that the...

    Rear end damage

Am I missing something? The Explorers have support on the front of the diff, it’s just the lack of support in the rear for the “one-bolt” subframes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Video of Diff Bolt Failure and Fords Response.

Do you think 265 is a large amount? That’s not just ST’s, correct? At the end of the day, Ford isn’t going to replace sub frames of vehicles that haven’t had a failure. It’s just not gonna happen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

NEW Product Alert! The AWR Racing rear diff mount

Got it installed tonight. It took about 10 minutes to install, the key was to do the diff bracket side first. Threw this up on YouTube after, maybe it will help someone out after seeing a lot of comments of folks struggling with the one diff bolt. I can definitely see how this would be harder...

    Alignment Specs (Camber)

On the wife’s ST we did the Steeda springs with aren’t quite as low as the H&R’s, however there was room to adjust the camber into the positive if wanted. Unbroken is bang on as usual. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

High flow cats Vs cattless downpipes

It’s too bad that is North of the border are going to have to ride the EPA coat tails as well. I get the for the most part, there are no real impacts on performance with these changes, I’ll still keep older versions of FW and SW for my SCT and HPT devices if they follow suit. Sent from my...

    Spray detailer

Another one here for Meg’s Ultimate. It’s available everywhere and works very well for a consumer product. If you want to order stuff, Ammo’s, Nano Coatex or PoorBoys are really good as well. Side note Poor Boys Bird Sh*t Remover and Bug Squash are must haves. Sent from my iPhone using...

    FS Niche Misano (m117) 22x10.5” +40 $1000

Pretty certain. I physically measured the same model Falken’s and they will be tight, but still clear. Just don’t know I’ll keep these or move onto something different. I don’t usually hang onto wheels for very long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
