    Rear differential noise on decel

I would think the diff fluid change would help immensely. Maybe it's old or the level is low.

2020 ST Fake Spare was at 7.5 psi

You better check it again soon. Maybe it has a leak. That is unusual.

    New catch can prototype

Do you unbolt it to empty?

New owner of 2020 ST. Ext warranty VS mods (info in post)

I don't think it really matters, early vs. late MY2020. No matter how they are put together there are still component issues with MY2020-2021 that didn't get corrected until later.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

Attached is the earlier repair of the police units. The tool is shown in the doc.

    Replacement tires for the 21" Pirelli Scorpion's - YOKO'S?

My Michelin A/S4 is now in need of replacement although I probably have another 2k miles before the wear bars. I have winter tires in the winter but will guestimate I will get about 40k miles out of the Michelins. I have always been a fan of the Sport A/S series but my next set will probably...

Looking for advice/opinions - Extended Warranty & Maintenance Plan

Honestly, it depends on the vehicle. Cars that have been made a while tend to have good reliability. I think for the Explorer '23, '24 will prove to be reliable.

    Recall Rear Bolt Fracture?

What's your build date? Seems like after October 2022 they started putting in the revised bushing so no recall for those built after 10/2022

    Transmission help!?!?

So you bought it and it was shifting fine, then had the transmission oil changed and now it shifts poorly? Are you sure they used the right oil, Mercon ULV? Who did this service? Even dealers have been known to put the wrong fluid in but an Indy probably wouldnt even bother to source...

    Looking at a 2020 St

catalytic converter weld cracks, exhaust flex section failures, front axle disconnect actuator leak, front axle boot failures, AWD module grounding, module firmware updates. Plenty more that I consider minor and easily dealt with.

    Looking at a 2020 St

I do 10k synthetic oil changes. Honestly, don't plant to keep it past 150k miles though but I care for it like I'm going to keep it a while. More importantly, what repairs have been done on the car? There are known defects on the MY2020. You are well past warranty and close to being past...

Driver seat not reclining 2020 explorer

Are you the original owner or know if any modules were updated? Your dealer can do it but not saying it's necessarily a fix. I would also try removing the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes. That will reboot all systems. I have done that quite a few times when the windows...

    Recall Rear Bolt Fracture?

I am not sure I'd be putting a brace on a brand new car under warranty. If the rear diff goes kaput, they could blame the brace.

    Recall Rear Bolt Fracture?

Well, there are plenty of vehicles out there with just one offset rear diff subframe bushing. If their fix does indeed work, I would have no problem with that. I think the 2025's will be telling. If Ford truly believes their fix works, we will see 2025's with the 3 bolt setup. If 2025's come...

Driver seat not reclining 2020 explorer

Have you had the Driver's Seat Module firmware updated? There was a module update issued 2-3 years ago for it.

    Tramlining; weird issue.

The Explorer really isn't a big SUV. It's kind of like a big car. I will admit the ride is a bit truckish stock but the handling should not be squirrelly. And all the mods out there only benefit the handling and ride. Maybe one of your shocks/struts is blown. leaking rear shocks are...

    2020 Audio System

Yeah, I remember someone else with the same symptoms and ACM failure. Did you have an extended warranty?

    Lowering an ST Line

From my understanding, the ST-line is not just looks but also has ST springs and struts/shocks. As was mentioned in the other thread, the only other factor to consider is the weight distribution with the 3.0L weighing about 100lbs more the the 2.3L.

    Did the Lincoln screen swap

Wow. Your carplay fills up the whole screen... NICE.
