once you get the new wheels can you manually measure the offset for us since ferrada won’t tell us? It’s pretty easy to figure out. Just make sure you do it on a surface that won’t damage the face of your wheel when laying it flat.

One other question, for your alignment did you have to do anything special? Are the rears set at negative camber to make them line up with the fronts or anything? wondering what the numbers came out looking like.

So I emailed Ferrada and they just give you the runaround and won’t tell you anything factual. they said they are +20 offset on the 22x11… I find that extremely hard to believe. Do you have any pics straight on from the front / rear so we can see how much they poke out? I'm definitely...

Blah!! Hate how they don't disclose the offset!!! They are likely +35 to +38 to fit an 11" wide wheel. +28 no way. I'm really curious of the actual offset of these. If someone else orders them I would suggest manually measuring the offset! I am seriously considering them now after seeing them...

Thats definitely a render you can tell by no depth in the wheels to the calipers.

Just to confirm you are cutting the plastic trim that the light housing snaps into, and cutting on the side of the existing indent (not the side it will eventually snap into when corrected). Something like that in red? I'm sure it will make more sense when I go outside and look at my car.

I actually felt the opposite, Complete loss of low end torque and rough shifting off the line with the aftermarket Dryflow filter. Switched back to paper filter and the car is running so much smoother and better throttle response in low rpm range.

Yea our only chance is to send logs to carlinkit and carplay2air to troubleshoot it and provide an updated firmware. I tried downgrading to the last one that worked and it bricked my wireless carplay dongle

It seems the firmware wireless carplay units are shipping with will not allow us to go back to the one that worked with Siri listed above just a warning for anyone thinking about doing this don’t... unless you are on 2020 firmware and not the 2021 firmware shipping on the units now.

for short drives it’s nice to keep your phone in your pocket or wife doesn’t have to take it out of her bag. It’s just inconvenient and these carplay adapters work pretty damn well I just should not have tried to downgrade mine and waited for a new update instead to address Siri and voice...
