3/16” is more than enough…either the front or lowest end of the muffler right at the seam and in the center.

You would think…but it doesn’t always work that way. There’s a reason factory mufflers have weep holes.

It’s not a software update to Sync 4….it’s a hard replacement of every piece in the system that can’t talk to the rest of the car anyway. if you want a horizontal screen…slap in the 8” conversion and be done with it. Sync 3 and 4 share nothing at all.

This is already available through the aftermarket using oem parts. No reason to “dunk” on anyone…just buy the shit and swap it out. Takes about 30 minutes.

I bet you’ll be muffler shopping within a week. These things just do not sound good straight piped, especially with downpipes. Ridiculously loud with borderline unbearable drone at highway speeds.

Washed it up for a 1500 mile road trip this weekend. It’s showing its age but damn it still checks all the boxes for me.
