Active park assist uses the sensors only. I had to look it up as I wasn't sure. Also I have never used and should take to time to learn it.

You want to download the file to your computer. Then you unzip ir and copy those files to the flash drive. Then your ready to plug the flash drive into your Explorer. It will let you know when it's complete. Ford has complete drirections on the web which is very helpful.
