    22x10.5 +30 Forgestar F14s (with 305/35-22s)

I didn't buy them locally. The wheels were $2,400. Forgestar doesn't sell directly. I bought the set with TPMS sensors, and tires.

What would you have purchased if there were no Explorer ST?

It was either this or a 2021 BMW M2 Competition... But since I already have a "garage queen", I needed something more practical, so the Explorer ST was a better choice.

    pelotonracer2's build

Yeah, I shed a tear for my self esteem hahahaha. I felt like I had won the daily (or weekly) idiot award. I'm just not used to the width and height of the Explorer yet. My previous daily driven car was a 2014 Fiesta ST lol. I ordered two new wheels, and they are already on. My $9.00 car wash...

    22x11 Ferrada CM2s

Unfortunately, I tried putting the wheels/tires on my scale and they don't fit on it good enough to get an accurate reading. I'll have to get a new scale to facilitate that. :cautious::cry:

    22x11 Ferrada CM2s

Once I receive the H&R springs, I will be removing the Steeda springs. The H&Rs have been on back order for three months.

    22x11 Ferrada CM2s

I'll weigh a Velgen VF5 and a Forgestar F14 with the tires, and a stock street pack wheel and tire for comparison. They are not going to be very light either way, that's lot of wheel and tire.

    pelotonracer2's build

I paid $1395 cash. If you pay cash they don't charge tax. Yeah I felt like real bone head with the wheel issue lol. I will attempt to make a video of the exhaust system soon. When I first got it, I didn't think.would be loud enough but now that I've put a couple thousand miles on it, its...

    pelotonracer2's build

I had to replace two of the Ferrada's yesterday due to my own stupidity (I tried driving into a carwash that had a bar on each side. I ended up driving up onto the bar, because I'm still not used to the width of the Explorer. I tried to carefully drive off the bar and the Explorer fell hard onto...

    pelotonracer2's build

I haven't done an alignment yet but I will this week. I've been out of town so I haven't really driven it much. It steers very straight, surprisingly (I drove it back from the tire shop). I will probably ask for a bit of negative camber in the rears.

    pelotonracer2's build

I got them from Texas Tires #8 about a mile from where I live. You'd think the "offset" would be somewhere on the wheel (probably on the backside). Neither the Velgen VF5s nor the Forgestar 14's have anywhere near the "concavity" of the Ferrada CM2's. Some people may not like the stretched side...
