    Alberta Explorer ST Owners

I’ll be ordering up Halkkapietta 9’s for the wife’s this winter. We ran them on her X5 with great results. I’m in Calgary, FYI Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Cold Air Intake status?

Looks like they did a great job with it. You can’t just slap a pipe and filter on these without getting a CEL, so you’re paying for more than you think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sync 3.4 Update (Build 21020) Now Available on the Owner Site

Travel link is working for me and no more Echo on the phone. I haven’t been using it for very long, but promising so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Dragy has been out for a little while now, with P-Gear being much more recent. Curious to hear how you like it, it has some nice functionality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ford Performance Parts for 2020 Explorer ST

My DD 91 tune (from BoostKing Tuning) with the stock intercooler was pretty close to those stats. 1/4 went from 13.93 to 13.53 (DA around 5000ft) and it was under 5 seconds 0-60. My 94 tune is considerably quicker, but we are still dialing that one in and I have added the Whipple Intercooler. I...

Ford Performance Parts for 2020 Explorer ST

I'm going to guess that IF they come out with a tune, it will probably be in the 40-50 Crank HP range.

    Lowering Springs Pros and Cons

Put the Steeda springs in last week. Pretty happy with the ride quality considering the lost suspension travel. Small bumps are slightly better than the stock springs, but the ride is overall firmer yet not harsh at all. Went with the Steeda springs to keep the stockish rake along with...

    Steeda Lowering Springs Install

I totally get it, I set the precedent that I would make some changes as soon as we bought it. She really doesn't care as long as it doesn't mess with what she likes about the car. Once the sway bar goes in, it's done for now. By next summer, I hope the AFE intake is available and I'll do a...

    Steeda Lowering Springs Install

Steeda on ours. There is a slight rake, which I’m quite happy to have. I don’t want it dragging it’s butt when loaded. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There is a pretty wide range on the stock spec (the one I found anyway) for Camber. Yes, if you go too far out, it will impact hard cornering and could even lead to easier oversteer. But, knocking it closer to -.5* on a spec range of -.165 to 1.65m should be better looking IMO and less tire wear...

What ST feature do you really like/hate that has made up your mind on all future vehicle purchases?

I disabled in my tune, so not sure. Probably instructions on the web site. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Showing what to expect. Sometimes a visual is easier. You’re 100% right on the -.5*. This is in Ford Spec at -1.25* and looks wonky. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'll post a pic after the alignment today, there isn't that much inset at all, IMO. They are farther out than the stockers for sure. Having said that, I will probably put in 6mm spacers to bring the rear out to the same track as the fronts. It's all personal preference I guess, but I didn't...

No issues at all. I know some like the wheels to sit flush with the top of the wheel wells, and I didn’t want that much poke. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
