    Up and back to D.C. on the new Viredesteins, handle much better than the OEM Pirelli's but not as quiet. Not bad, but notice a little more road noise. Milked 45k out of the Pirellis. Biggest improvement is the truck doesn't dart around on uneven pavement.

    New IC from STEEDA

    Agree with the rebranded Whipple. Specs are identical 214/259. For a while, Steeda was selling WIC through their website. Mounting hardware looks the same. Regardless, very attrictive price for a WIC no matter who's name is on it.

    Quieter mid-muffler might be the fix. I installed a magnaflow 5x8x18. Added a shuttle deeper tone at idle. Back in the day I had a 67 GTO with headers and reverse flow mufflers running through 2" pipes. Back then scavenging effect was important to flow and performance. Turbos may be different...
