    Racing stripes?

Yes. Clear matte. Subtle enough that the wife didn’t care (it’s her car technically). But my buddies still notice it. Got it from the Ford Accessories site in August when they had 25% off.

Anyone else find the GPS worthless?

In the event of bio warfare. Probably helps with nuclear fallout until you can get somewhere safer. Does something to seal up the car I think, but still keep you alive. They definitely are having fun with cars right?!

Newbie winter tire & wheel combination question

East sider here. Nervous with the 21” Pirelli tread pattern, doesn‘t look grippy for snow at all. Did I read that Ford made changes on 6th gen that makes it more RWD dominant? Would think that makes things worse in the snow, so now I’m wondering - does the car go into AWD automatically when...

Anyone else find the GPS worthless?

Larger round of updates on my other car today. 13 categories. Small but helpful improvement to the navigation. Hoping Ford has the same culture of continuous improvement and software updates. No restrictions on using nav while driving either (just in reverse for obvious reasons).

Anyone else find the GPS worthless?

The irony of Ford blocking us from using gps while in drive, and yet they have no continuous seat belt chime. Ford is way behind on tech. Let me use the gps when I want.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Can’t wait to do this. Did you have to change any settings to make it work? My new ‘22 also deleted the rear auto lift gate. Have you looked for those parts too?

What is the easiest way to remove and replace the front grill Ford emblem on a 2021 ST?

got the black ovals from Ford. The rear was easy. Took more time cleaning off the sticker glue than anything. But on the front the bumper cover took me a while. There’s two 10mm bolts connecting the bumper to the fender that were the hardest step by far.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

this is hilarious. But seriously the irony isn’t lost on me because this should be there on Fords by now. Especially for the top of line models. My 2017 X has most of that and more. Just two buttons, the glove box and hazard lights. Doors open and close automatically. The setting for sport...

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

Scary reversing out of a spot on grade with pedestrians potentially walking behind your car. Or inching forward in my garage with little room to spare. Always want the foot on the brake starting out in precarious situations. It’s truly a band aid. Can’t wait to delete.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

perfect, then I‘m aiming to get the physical fix (police fix) and guessing (hoping) it’s then safe to delete the auto ebrake mandate. utopia…axle won’t pop off and I can ease off the brake instead of hitting the gas when shifting into gear

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

was the auto ebrake a thing before the recall?
  15. Doug

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

yep, exactly what I do Not like. Jolting forward pressing the gas to overcome the ebrake. so it becomes yet another button to press every drive to make it a comfortable vehicle

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I can’t stand auto ebrake…yet another button I have to push every time I drive. gimmie the real fix…wanna feel safe hammering the gas lol curious If the recall is the reason my car has auto ebrake, or if that was already standard on 2022 ST’s.
