    Rapid Red Thread

My last four cars have been gray so it was time for a little color. Got the ST in Rapid Red and can't help smiling every time I get in. It's been just over three weeks and still have that dumbass Kool-aid grin when I get in and start her up. Here is a pic after a bike ride on a beautiful fall...

Blacked out Ford logo stickers from Etsy

You're right... can't beat that price they look great. I would love to totally get rid of the chrome edge, but until I can justify the price for the Oemautoart black replacements, $8 is a no brainer. Thanks for sharing!

    SPD Performance Downpipes

I'm also interested in seeing the downpipes with the Borla exhaust on a non-tuned ST. I think @Nick P may be close to getting his downpipes installed soon based on his build thread. Hopefully no CEL issues.

What did your Ford Explorer ST replace?

Thanks. Sold it to someone from CA who flew in to get it and drive it back across country. He was a great guy and true fan as he already has one with close to 200k.

Welcome to the Explorer ST Forum, please post an introduction

Hi everyone! After months of being on this forum as a lurker and researching vehicles, I finally signed up in July when I figured out the ST had what I was looking for to replace my daily sedan of 17 years and give me the performance I wanted and functionality needed for the family. You all...

Nicky STang's - BADASS ST - Silver Spruce Build

Your ride looks great. As others have commented, I can definitely see the Range Rover resemblance especially from the rear quarter view. It's definitely a head turner! Appreciate your comments on how much the springs and sways made a difference in the handling. Same with the exhaust... I would...

What did you pay for your ST

So just over 2k in dealer discount. With the exception of the first responder discount, is everyone eligible for all the rest combined with each other? I'd imagine dealers only offer you some of them to increase their profits. Thanks for the details.

What did you pay for your ST

That is a great price for the Tri-state area. Where in NJ? and can you share any more details? What incentives did you get? Thanks.

    Random Sunday pic

Stunning... your car has the perfect stance with the slight drop, 22s, and wider tires that are flush with the fenders. Keep the pictures coming as you are inspiring others like me to scratch that same itch. I just know once I start I won't be able to stop. So I'm planning all my mods based on...

Nicky STang's - BADASS ST - Silver Spruce Build

Very interested in seeing the Carbon Fiber middle Hood Vinyl Wrap. That feeling of being able to have fun upgrading and making it unique while still having true functionality is key for the ST. Loving this Builds section! Who's doing your XPEL? My last car purchase I used someone not far from...

    Second row bench

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and BMW X5 are the two where the Sales person did not know the information available online for the new models. All very different vehicles that appeal to me for different reasons. Others like the Telluride (great vehicle overall) were considered but don't excite me...

    Second row bench

Since the late 90's, whenever I've been interested in a particular car I've joined the online forums and local car meets to learn as much as I can before pulling the trigger for a car or mods. In my experience, the car enthusiast community always seems to be more informed than most sales people...
