Physically pushing in the rear pistons can and regularly does damage the calipers. Yes, your way is incorrect. If your car won’t go into Service Mode you need to find out why and have that repaired, not tell people to do something that can damage their car. Not to mention without service mode...

That only works when you can actually GET you car into service mode, which no matter what I did (FORScan or the physical procedure) mine would not go into service mode. And my post is not "incorrect", it works just as well.

Got all my Forscan changes done with the new PCM. Just awaiting an updated tune revision now.

Love the look of mine and also have them set to run as DRL's along with the White LEDs. Enabled with Forscan.

...the stereo has nothing to do with the pcm. maybe pcm was jealous of the cooling on the amps because they are in the cabin:love::love::love: my dealer has spoiled us they are forscan knowledgeable and use it, treat everyone like a valued family member, vice the creepy uncle we all have.

Good to invest in even an inexpensive code reader. Even better a laptop, proper cable, and Forscan software. Otherwise you are pretty blind when it comes to knowing if the vehicle is aware of a problem itself. Very rare a simple fluid change will "fix" something, but it sounds like it needs to...

Is the extended warranty going to cover it with all the aftermarket powertrain mods?

Thankfully I do have an extended warranty! I’ll have to spend the time making all the changes with Forscan again but I won’t have to purchase a new tune. I’ll just have to have him update it. Might be a small fee for that but not the full cost of a new tune. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Damn man that sucks, hope you have an extended warranty cause that bill isn't going to be cheap. Let alone the time for the Forscan time you have invested and time and money for a new tune.

Might be a way in forscan I will look But I doubt ford spent time amd money having 2 different awd modes based on engine However.. all the 3.0 4wd ones I have seen ..show up as AWD Where asthe 4wd st line other engine show up as 4wd vice AWD Sort of odd imo

Did you ever find the exact reason and fix for this issue. Mine has no auto up or down. And when the button is pressed it goes up or down in 2 inch increments. Super annoying.

So I did these, and my windows will barely move up or down. Even when holding the button they barely move. I returned all settings back to the stock settings, and still having the issue. Any ideas. Heeeelp. Lol

I’m not sure we even have an oil level sensor. In fact I always thought that was a diesel engine thing and maybe a high end car thing. All my diesels had one but I don’t think I’ve ever had a gas car with an oil level sensor. Perhaps others will come in. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
