I'm glad I'm watching this thread (and others) before pulling the trigger. I really want this sway bar, but I need to know it will fit correctly the first time before doing so. Stinks people are having this experience.

Ask and ye shall recieve... did my best. I went to a Fleet Farm near me and found some M5-.80 x 40mm bolts (hex head,I used an allen key to tighten them). They tightened down really well, and I was careful to not over-tighten. I didn't have to bore out the existing holes either. :)

Just gotta find time to do it. Life.... gets in the way sometimes. :)

awesome, looks smooth. Question, did you t-stat come with a gasket? I ordered the SPD 180 t-stat and it arrived today, sans gasket. Also, how do you remove the airbox without breaking anything? ;)

Great question. The Steeda video doesn't show/explain this part either. I've been wondering the same thing too.
