Agree 100% with everything you said...however, can't the stock tune be downloaded and compared to the updated tune? (I'm no expert on these matters...)

    Rear end damage

The entire rear subframe has to be replaced...it's easily $3,000 in work.

    Rear end damage

Girl probably didn't know better. She just located it in their system and scheduled. If this doesn't involve a subframe replacement I'm not going to bother. I'm sure Ford is going to try their best to avoid doing a ton of $3,000 repairs.

    Rear end damage

Hypothesis now is this is a possible PCM swap to reduce power, rather than a subframe swap.

    Rear end damage

Filed a safety complaint with the NHTSA today and recommend others do the same. PM me if interested as I have some verbiage and images you can use, submission took me 2 minutes at this link: https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index Question: Has anyone had the rear subframe replaced...

    Installed Corsa; Unbearable Drone

I had my shop look at it last month; nothing obvious about the install. I have major drone between 2k-3k rpm; can't hold conversations or listen to music. Beyond 3k it sounds great. Shop wants to research doing resonators. I feel like the harmonics are telling me something off/rubbing. Even when...

Are they replacing yours preemptively or did you have a failure?

Aside from the loss of power did you lose some amount of steering control?

    Rear end damage

Hey guys, I'm putting something together to address this with Ford; may be class-action in nature. I'm going to need resources and expert opinion and will be reaching out to some of you privately. For now, I was hoping someone would post a synopsis of why/how this is a (perhaps significant)...

    Installed Corsa; Unbearable Drone

That's why I was so surprised by this...none of the feedback I've seen over the last year indicated this was an issue at all. I have an appointment with a local speed shop next week and they're going to evaluate and look at the (dealer) install.

    Installed Corsa; Unbearable Drone

So, I had the Corsa installed yesterday and was shocked by the level of low RPM drone. Definitely not going to work with the kids in the car and frankly it's a bit much for me. I'm going to look into some sound deadening but wanted to see if anyone here had a similar issue and if they did...
