If anyone is interested in the current one I have for a 2024 and earlier, I will sell it for $55.

    Start/Stop Eliminator in 2025 ST

You are right and I can't be too butt hurt about that, it isn't hard to just press the button! Offering, or putting the start/stop, on or off button, in the vehicles isn't much of a complaint by anyone. The fact that it won't remember the off status between ignition starts is what pisses me...

    Start/Stop Eliminator in 2025 ST

Just an FYI - I took my start/stop eliminator out of my 2022 ST and put it in my 2025 ST. While it assembled in the same place on the 25' as it did in the 22', it does not do anything in the 2025. Currently in the 25' you need to physically push the button in the vehicle after every ingnition...

    Catch Can Contents

Time to get it to the dealer and let them deal with it. We overpay enough for our vehicles, let Ford foot the bill from here and deal with it. Not your problem!

    Catch Can Contents

A PCV valve is a simplistic one way valve. It only prevents anything from draining back but allows built up pressure and mist to travel to in this case, the catch can. I don't see how it being defective by staying open or if not containing the valve at all would be any cause to this issue.

    Catch Can Contents

I'm so sorry to hear all of this. Is it under the 3 yr./36k or at least under to 60K powertrain warranty which would cover it?

    Catch Can Contents

The PCV valve is what releases the crankcase pressure and is what the catch-can attaches to on the inlet side of the catch can. The catch-can outlet side (clean air) goes to the intake after passing through the catch can.

    Catch Can Contents

Either the catch can catches it or it gets burned up in the combustion chamber along with contaminating other things. Either way, you are loosing oil at an alarming rate. There would be zero proof the catch can is causing the issue, the catch can is only showing a potential problem occuring. If...

    Catch Can Contents

I've relayed before that I have a 2018, twin turbo Fusion Sport that now has 64K miles on it. It has had an oil catch can on it since day one of owning it brand new. I have yet to ever pull out over a teaspoon of oil/water. Some results vary depending on the vehicle and usage. Some on this forum...

    Catch Can Contents

Without the catch can, it would all end up where you don't want it. The fact that so much is in his catch can would be concerning to me. The catch can is tied into the PCV line so it is all coming from there. The catch can receives the crankcase vented pressure along with the oil, and sometimes...

    Catch Can Contents

Maybe, maybe not. Some would but a fair amount would stick to the walls of everything the mist passes through - intake, intercooler, turbo.

That much doesn't look good to me. That would have me thinking something else is wrong.

    K&N Oil Filter

I use K&N oil filters on my ATV's. They are not bad and as others have mentioned, having a nut welded to the end of them for easy removal is awesome. The paper oil filter for an ST wouldn't obviously have a metal housing. I would never consider changing my oil and not changing the oil filter...

Ford oem mud flaps install tips?

Front and rears are extremely easy to put on. There is a 10mm nut under the floor pan that you remove, slip the hole in the mudflap over and reinstall the nut along with the push on clips. It's like a 1/2 hour job all around at most.
