The way I found my noise in the rear was getting on my back under the car and pushing up and letting it settle. It was the aftermarket springs from me rubbing the lower control arm on the side. Try this to see if you can hear it while under it.

The spring itself shouldn't make a noise. If it is coming from the spring it is because it is rubbing on something. Can you elaborate on when you are hearing it? Low/normal/high speed? Going over speedbumps, in/out of driveway? Turning or going straight?

I haven't used the method in the video and did my rear spring changes by prying them out. Just thought it was interesting that the springs just slide out by lowering the subframe.

Check this video out for the rear spring install. This is a much easier method.

Welcome to the forum. If you are not able to start the car and it is active, it may mean that you have low voltage from your battery. Check your battery.

I can't find anything else out there on the removal, sorry. Maybe someone else with a '23 or newer will chime in.

If you are going to get it repaired, the price sounds like it is in the ball park.
