Dash lit up today with multiple codes. Hill descent fault, rear collision avoidance fault front collision avoidance fault and 4WD system fault. Fordpass app also chimed in. Pulled into gas station to fill up. Restarted, everything lit up again, drove home. Asked wife to follow me to the...

    Steering Question

Started a new thread so not to hijack our fellow member with steering failure. My issue is more of an annoyance. First off my daily driver is a 08 F150 with 220K miles. My issue with the ST is the stiffness of the steering. No problem on the twisties, but annoying on the Interstate. I have...

    SPD Performance Downpipes

Like the idea of high flow cats but not lovin the Posted cat back sound clips. Would it be worth the investment to just get the down pipes and keep the stock exhaust?

    Steeda vs H&R

Thank you for the quick reply. I had heard that liner thing about Steeda too. Glad it is untrue. I don't know if it matters but in going with the Steeda rear bar I felt it would be prudent to go with the springs as well if all things being equal. Thanks again for the feed back

    Steeda vs H&R

Let's get this snack down going. Looking to add a Steeda rear sway bar with springs. What's the opinion on H&R vs. Steeda springs? I know H&R has a little more drop, but what about the performance and ride?

What is one or two things Ford should/need to change on the 2021 ST?

All the above, especially what John said. Love to see an explorer with a frame twisted like a pretzel!

    Explorer ST Performance Tuning thread

Great resource. Type in 28278 and see what I'll talking about. The locations are small towns about 50 miles or more away. Return trip would be a blast, but then I'd have to turn around and get more ha!

    Explorer ST Performance Tuning thread

Was looking for a way to calculate the ethanol blend to yield E-50. Came across this from Wallace Racing. Not verified for accuracy but could prove handy. http://www.wallaceracing.com/ethanol-mix-calc.php

Auto Stop/Start Sucks. Who's with me??

I'm an old gear head from back in the day, and when we added a turbo or had a car with one we had all types of devices and methods to protect the turbo. Pre lube, delay stop to avoid cooking the bearings etc. fast forward to today, how does the auto stop-start technology square with killing the...

Anyone opt for the 2nd row bench? Like it/hate it? Odd the middle seat is fixed.

    Turning radius

Must have something to do with the RWD platform. Was worried about the AWD drivetrain making the turning circle larger.

    Turning radius

Thank you. Good to know. You would think it would be a talking point. My 07 Acura TL type S sucks. Almost 40'. Makes u-turns a B on tight streets.

    Turning radius

Last bit of research(Huge shout out to all you owners, your questions and comments have proven invaluable in my decision to spend 50 large on an SUV). I live in an urban jungle where quick u-turns are a necessary for survival. Anyone know what the turning radius/circle is for the 2020 ST?
