    Engine Oil Level Low Disabled?

It’s definitely not a bad idea to still check your dipstick lol. But I know what you mean. I’ve always just done frequent oil changes. I was pretty shocked to find out it was basically completely dry. Just happy it was covered! Will not be owning this vehicle once the warranty is up. $$$$$

    Engine Oil Level Low Disabled?

Yup. I’m one of those people that had their engine replaced. No oil no warning.

    Blowoff Valve

I have a 2020 and did the VTA mod. I don’t recommend it. They say it doesn’t cause loss of power but it felt sluggish to me so i hooked it back up. Got annoying anyways tbh.

New motor, hallelujah. 2020 Explorer ST.

I agree, I kept saying that to myself but I figured they’d try and get out of it any way that they could. When I got the phone call my heart dropped.. he said, “well your motors blown… but the bad news is.. *awkward silence* we can’t get you a new motor for 2 weeks” I didn’t ask any questions...

New motor, hallelujah. 2020 Explorer ST.

Just wanted to say after about 7 weeks I finally got my Explorer back today!! Thankfully the motor was covered under warranty. I’ve been tuned for about 20k miles so I was shocked they even covered it. I was just driving home from dinner and I heard my engine clanking, I checked the dip stick...

    Question about lowering springs

Interesting. Okay cool. The guy at the tire shop said I was pretty close to rubbing on the strut. But dropping this thing would look so much better. Thanks man

    Bad Torque Converter

If it wasn’t covered under warranty I’d say get it rebuilt. I work at a torque converter company seeing more and more 10 speeds every day.

    Hard shift 3rd to 4th gear + 91 vs 87 octane

    Don’t use 87.. It’s a performance SUV man lol.

Beefing Up Transmission - Torque Converter Question

Definitely. They do great work. I saw what they did the 10r80 converter and thought it was awesome.

Beefing Up Transmission - Torque Converter Question

Yes, I would. At minimum I’d have it cut open and cleaned and rebuilt. If you’re going through the hassle to rebuild the transmission, you wouldn’t want all that old oil or dirt mixed in that fancy new transmission. these are not the greatest designed converters either from the jump.

    Massage seats?

I think I know what you mean, I’ve had that happen but usually next time I go back to the car they work fine. Hasn’t happened in a long time.
