    Inaccurate MPG Adjustment

Fuelly.com is your best bet. Make sure you fill it. Don't count on pump cut-off. I use my trip odometer, not the "main" one. I've already determined the odo error - I have to add 2.3% to determine the true miles covered since the last fill-up.

Did not know that. Don't know if I'd want to trust it.

    Inaccurate MPG Adjustment

The ST was way off (IMO), as was the Limited. This was not unexpected, so surprisingly I've been able to get the ST way closer than I expected. I've always had to compensate for the computer's optimistic guess of the mileage. My Ram with new tires was 4.3% off. The Speed 3 was 1.8% off. I only...

    Inaccurate MPG Adjustment

This works fine. I've made the adjustment on the Mustang, the Limited and now the ST. Surprisingly, the ST has been dead-on the past two tanks. The Mustang is < .5 mpg off.

    anyone use the auto park

I keep meaning to try mine (in an empty lot), but I forget to go by my office on the weekend.

Love my 2022 ST but why are so many publication reviews trashing the Explorer?

My Limited had so many problems in a short time, I traded it on the ST. It has its issues too, unfortunately. It took over a week to get an object sensor replaced. I just discovered this morning that when they put the rear bumper cover back on, they left out two screws that hold the lower...

Anyone else find the GPS worthless?

We've not even had that problem. We can set to a city or a specific address without any aggravation. It even took us through back-streets to our hotel in Arlington, VA. We didn't have to deal with DC traffic much at all. I had been dreading tangling with it.

Anyone else find the GPS worthless?

I strongly disagree. The GPS in mine worked better than great on a 2,600 mile road trip. It took us around nasty traffic, an over-an-hour wreck tie-up, construction delays and other such aggravations. BTW, NEVER put your home address in the GPS. Program a nearby gas station, intersection or...

    Bad MPG

    You are 143.788% correct.

    Bad MPG

There still may be a ForScan option. I plan to look into that (as well as eliminating the double-honk, enabling "fogs as cornering lamps", making the panic button require two presses, etc., etc).

    Bad MPG

Definitely a negative. The pennies "saved" on fuel will be eaten up by battery and starter replacements.

    Bad MPG

Agreed. My Speed3's mileage went south pretty quickly if I idled it on really cold mornings (the only time I EVER let it sit and "warm up")

    Engineering Test Mode

I use it to set the bias of the Average Fuel Economy, making the computer not lie about mileage (it's surprisingly dead-on for three tanks now). On my Mustang, I changed the ambient color scheme for the instruments. There are other settings you can adjust.

    No GPS symbol

My Limited did this often (plus many other electronic antics). The ACM finally failed. Since it apparently was most anxious to become a "hangar queen", I traded it on the ST.

    Engineering Test Mode

You have to start it and let it run.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I had a mouth-breather try to pass me into oncoming traffic on a double-yellow. I nudged the right pedal and he changed his mind.

    Adjustable foot petals

We had those on my wife's 300C. I don't think we ever actually used them.

    Good clean humor and jokes

Looks like they're blowing the exhaust into the trailer. BRILLIANT!

    New recall?

No worries (I guess :D). The dealer didn't know about part availability, either. Jeez, Ford. How can it be cheaper to fix than to do right?

    New recall?

    What's the recall #?
