    Please Help!

Didn't wayanbros say he had a custom setup though, not the kit? And I thought F=MA's issue was solely due to the install, but it sounds like he does still have some drone.

    Please Help!

Hopefully they are retuning it then, but that is probably wishful thinking.

    Please Help!

I know I saw one on complaint on here, but the guy later revealed it was an install issue. That was the only one I saw, doesn't mean there's not others on different forums/platforms. Your sample size for a big brand like Magnaflow is likely to be much larger, so there will be more instances of...

    Please Help!

Magnaflow's 19515 kit is also a true cat-back, 2.5" all the way to the downpipes. Downside is that they use type 400 SS, so not as durable as the 304 that the other big mfgs use.

    Cold Air Intake status?

The numbers are deceiving. If you read the fine print on the dyno chart, those gains were with the intake AND a custom axel back exhaust. So cut in half, probably. Still, it's better than nothing and should give a little more engine sound. I bought one to put in my wife's Edge.

    Cold Air Intake status?

Related, but possibly irrelevant, aFe recently came out with an intake kit for the Edge ST. Uses the bottom half of the stock air box and two cone filters. It's logical/possible they would come out with something similar for the Explorer ST soonish. Or not, who knows...

FENG - Fake Engine Noise Generator DELETE

I know BMW did it with the M5 when they dropped the V10 for the turbo 4.4L V8. I'm sure there are others, that was just the first time I had ever heard of it, and that was 2010ish.

    Wheels Have been Made!

Whoops, yeh there's about 30mm clearance from the OE rears and fenders, so it would NOT stick out a touch with that extra 28mm of the +35 11" wheel, I was wrong there.

    Wheels Have been Made!

Versus the OE 21" setup, with your setup the wheel would extend out on the outside just over an inch (about 28mm) and inside would be around 3/4" closer to the struts (about 22mm). So it would hang outside the fender a touch in the rear and a bit more in the front. As far as rubbing, I can't...

More goodies: FenFabrication Cold air intake and IC Piping

Thanks for the insight, as you are right there are plenty of in-progress pics scattered through out the 9 pages. I'm not sure if the latest are complete/final fitment, perhaps that would have been a better question to ask. And Kruppa did say that FENfab was "taking pics to put on his site in...

Got a pic of it that we can see, before I go as far as pre-ordering?

    22” Wheels??

I wasn't even thinking of the fender liner, that's what I was missing. I have some more numbers to crunch and measurements to make, appreciate the input.

    22” Wheels??

Some of the info correlates, but that's all about 22" wheels. And my question was mainly focused at Unbroken's advice to stick to 30.7" max overall OD. I'm curious as to why he said that and if that only applies to lowered vehicles. As mentioned above, the wheel/tire combo I am eyeing would...

    22” Wheels??

That happens with any wheel/tire combo that is different from the OE size. OE 21" wheel with 275/45 tire is 30.7" total diameter, 22" wheel with 305/35 tire is 30.4" total diameter (-.97%), and 21" wheel with 315/40 is 30.9" (+.65%).

    22” Wheels??

If you don't plan on lowering it (I don't), is there any reason to stay at the 30.7" max diameter? I was actually thinking about going with 21"x10.5" with 315/40 rubber, which would be about 30.9". I know 22"x10.5" with 305/35 is the popular choice, but I actually want a little more rubber on...

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

I'm sure it's somewhere in the 300 previous posts, but has anyone used the pre-loaded SCT tune that comes with their tuners? Thoughts? https://www.sctflash.com/products/sct-category-tuners/sctbdx/3626 I used one years ago on a 2005 Lincoln LS, didn't seem to do much of anything, so I went with...

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

I know this may sound stupid, but I think the exposed/visible rear mufflers and the clamp on tips look too cheap or "stock"?. It gives the look as though someone just chopped the OE tips off their OE exhaust. Same with the Borla (minus the clamped on tips, but I'm not crazy about their rolled...
