Wow. Well hopefully the severity of your friends experience is an isolated incident and has been rectified now through better welding. I've never dealt with SPD so all I go by is the forums and people seem to be happy with their service especially since they're sending new sets out. Fingers crossed.

I'm curious as well. I just ordered the SPD downpipes and waiting for them to ship. Anyone have any tips I can pass off to the dealership before install? Looks like the support bracket on the DP that connects to the transmission is one? How did the DP crack like that?

Wow I did not know this truck had so much TQ. It looks a lot nicer with better finishes all around but I do see so much similarity between the two. Lincoln is the step up in terms of luxury for sure but as Exploder GearHead said, I tend to believe the bones of the truck could pose similar issues...

Uploaded the new tune from JDM and WOW. Seriously impressive. There's so much torque I'm getting tire spin on gear changes with good throttle. Kinda crazy tbh. They're running around 4 sec (4.09) steady 0-60 on real word concrete and it feels like it. Downpipes should open it up even more. Boost...
