    New Potential Buyer

I have a 3 bolt 2022 and haven't had any major issues to speak of. I like it more than my wife, but that is because of the upgrades I've done to it. She will be happier getting something else that is more comfortable riding and that I leave it alone. And, Welcome to the forum.

I can't speak for any tuner other than ZFG, it was a shocking change in performance after the tune. Like hold your hat brake launches.

    Exhaust

Depends how far down the rabbit hole you want to go and what level of tune you plan on putting in. There are some enhancements to the items you plan on adding like a CAI, colder plugs, and downpipes. Not sure if any of this will add HP. Again, this is based on the tune you plan on going with.

    Bringing the Heat

I have about 1,300 miles on these tires now. Have to say that so far I'm completely satisfied. Waiting for some rain to come through this week so that I can se how well they do in the wet.

    21-22 Explorer engine investigation

Wow, interested to see how this plays out. This also explains why the first ST, 2021 that we didn't keep, we purchased used already had the engine replaced with only 1,700 miles.

    Tire Pressure Monitor fault

I did take mine in and they replaced it at the dealership. It kept randomly going into fault and clearing itself.
