    vibration/rattle sound

Try to listen with extraneous products out of your car. I'm talking nothing in the cupholders, cubby, glove compartment, eyeglass holder. In many cases, it's something else rattling. My sunglasses frequently vibrate in the upper console holder, so I wrap it in a lens cloth. But no, that is...

    Hard launch transmission disengages

Do a search. This isn't the only thread with similar findings. To me it isn't a trans slippage. It's like the car is suddenly going into a limp mode and gradually recovers. The two times I recall it happening is turning left and gunning it so probably 2nd or 3rd gear engagement. As far as...

    Strut tower brace

That doesn't even look like the bends are in the right spots... maybe for a different vehicle? Do the mounting holes line up? I mean, maybe they made a revision to their design but why? Look at other pics of the Steeda. Yours is not the same. Edit: looking at your other pic in another...

    Wireless CarPlay

i know Carlinkit 2.0 and Carlinkit mini (3.0?) did not pass track info to the car correctly

4WD Service Fault and Advance Trac needs service

Forscan is the must-have accessory for every owner I'm afraid.

    Exhaust smell

Also closely check your midpipe flex sections. I didn't smell exhaust but my exhaust was slowly getting louder. Found the passenger side flex section had split. This may not apply to later 2021 when they revised the midpipes...or at least they are not supposed to rattle anymore.

    Hard launch transmission disengages

That's just it... stock or tuned, it's something that happens once in while. I for one cannot reproduce it at will. Unless you happen to capture it while datalogging, who knows what the root cause is.

    Monster Tune

It would be interesting to see some dragy results to compare performance.

    My hatch won't close sometimes...HELP

Follow the how2 on how to deactivate your foot-activation. I bet it's related. Since doing that, I have had no random openings, partial opening or closings. https://www.explorerst.org/threads/tailgate-disabling-the-kick-to-open-or-close-motion-feature-full-pictures.1938/

    Hard launch transmission disengages

His first 93 octane drag just had intercooler and filter. Why his other mods didn't net any benefits is a mystery.

    Hard launch transmission disengages

You do know you posted similar numbers to his LMS 93 run? Bottom line, shouldn't E30 (or E25 for that matter) get better performance than 93 octane? Another question: shouldn't your custom ZFG tune with E25 get much better results than his canned LMS 93 tune?

    Hard launch transmission disengages

Then, you have a point. You should be seeing more of a difference with E30. Maybe open a ticket with Livernois to ask. And while you are at it, ask them to have the gear displayed always.

    Hard launch transmission disengages

Shouldn't you be using a Livernois ethanol tune? As far as I know, the Livernois device can datalog but not sure how you would read the file. Maybe only they can make read it.

Newbie winter tire & wheel combination question

There's no problem at all with 20" wheels... all the way down to 18", as long as the specs are OK. Stock 20" rims have 255/55R20 I have 18" rims for my winter set and have 255/65R18

    Drivers power seat motor

There's got to be something else wrong with your driver's seat if you are burning up the multiple motors. Maybe the power seat module or the seat itself.

    Lowering springs installers

Nice! And if you've got any of your Ford Pass points, you can use that also. I bought my Explorer at Montrose and have used them for warranty work and they also did my alignment after I installed the Steeda's. They are a huge operation, despite what it looks like from the front.

    Headlight Water Condensation

Found some shoddy sealant in the inside top of the driver's headlight. Used some sealant to close it up.

    No Front proximity sensors???

Do you have Forscan? I would run a diagnostic to see if any error codes. Also, do you have co-pilot360 and birds eye view camera system? I certainly think maybe its not standard and maybe related to options.

    Lowering springs installers

Dont follow the Steeda instructions for the rear. remove the outer bolt from the upper control arm so the knuckle can drop down and use a pry bar to compress and remove the spring. The rears take about an hour, the fronts about 2 hours. if you want stock camber settings, you may have to...
