Probably your Ford dealer...maybe ones that sell Roush or maintenance souped up Mustangs and Raptors? Or if you have the tools, do it yourself. My coworker in Wooster says his dealer does all his upgrades to his Mustang and Raptor. I know Montrose has a lot of Roush modified cars.

I hope you are using Forscan for diagnostics. It'll capture errors that do not light up a CEL. With your mods, I wouldn't be quick to blame the tune or the transmission just yet. Plenty of potential for install errors with a Whipple, intake, etc.

In my opinion, this car was not designed for longevity. Everything I do is with an 7 year/120k mile ownership in mind (tops). I personally think those hood deflectors look ugly. After 3 years and 55k miles, my hood looks great. The front fascia... not so much.

Since you have a 2020ST, could be the cracked downpipes welds or a failed flex section. Both are known issues. Maybe have your dealer check it out.
