    Noise at Idle

I hear ya. I haven't seen anything on this forum quite like what you are experiencing.

    Noise at Idle

Sounds like it could be a number of things from something as simple as the dust cover contacting the flywheel or something more serious like rod knock. Grab yourself an auto stethoscope and see if you can pinpoint. If you can pinpoint from top end around valve covers, could be valve or cam...

    Alignment/Steering Linkage Issue

Tire pressure is good around and newer tires so no issue there. Ford had me bring back in again this morning to fix the steering wheel issue. Drove it off the lot and the steering wheel was even more off center!! Taking it back in for a third time. Has to be a steering column/linkage issue. I...

    Alignment/Steering Linkage Issue

185lbs. At lower speeds the pull is not very noticeable at dead center. However, anything over 40mph, which is basically every road in FL is very noticeable and pulling me into the median or other lanes.

    Alignment/Steering Linkage Issue

Just took the vehicle in to check out a misaligned steering wheel. Pulled slightly to the right when wheel was dead center. Did an alignment now it's pulling slightly to the left with wheel dead center. Trying to figure out if this is an alignment issue or steering linkage issue. Any thoughts?

    New Member in Tampa

Nice to see both Cincinnati and Tampa present here. I moved from the Cinci area 10 years ago to the Tampa area. We have a Skyline 10 min from the house in Clearwater that we frequent from time to time.

    Extended Warranty Question

It's the most problematic vehicle I have ever owned. My 68 Barracuda has less issues. The bumper to bumper expires at the end of this month. I still have a couple more years on the powertrain coverage, where a majority if the issues have resided. Trading this thing in at a massive loss sometime...

    Extended Warranty Question

Ford service depts have been nothing short of a let down. Nothing but under qualified techs and service advisors with crazy turn over rates. I've had to bring my vehicle back immediately a few times after driving it off the lot for issues they say they "fixed." The extended coverage they...

    Extended Warranty Question

Ford Extended Coverage. I called Ford directly and they told me tough s**t. Fortunately, I found a service dept that can get me in this week.

    Extended Warranty Question

I have an extended bumper to bumper warranty that expires on 12/31/23. I have called Ford to schedule some repairs along with a recall but they cannot get me in until after the warranty expires. My question is, will they honor the warranty since I called to schedule and told them the issues...

    6 Faults and AWD Module

I had the same faults and it ended up being an issue with the transfer case. Replaced under warranty and has been good ever since.

    New Potential Buyer

Issues aside, I think you really need to consider the depreciation rate on these things. Worst I have ever seen in any vehicle that I have owned. I want to say I paid $56k out the door in Jan of 22 with 20k miles. Now, the trade in value is roughly $33-35k. Granted, I bought this when the market...

    Grey Auto Stop Icon

    Worked like a charm!

    New Potential Buyer

Stay clear in my personal option. I have a 2020 with 45k miles and have had nothing but issues after two years of ownership. Getting rid of it once extended warranty expires at a huge depreciated rate. Both catalytic converters replaced (drivers side replacement cracking again). Transfer case...

    Grey Auto Stop Icon

I can't be the only one here with this possible issue. I have tried multiple variations of accessories on/off including turning the AC off while the vehicle is up to temp. Even after driving for a considerable amount of time, the notification I receive on the dash is something to the effect of...

    Grey Auto Stop Icon

The grey auto stop icon is constantly illuminated while driving. Still, after the vehicle has had enough time to warm up and go through all the motions to activate auto stop. I also just replaced a bad battery, which I thought could be the culprit. Granted, I always turn off the function but...

    Borla or Thermal

Thermal with flex sections included to get rid of Ford's horrible flex pipes. I have the 2.5" and there is zero drone and not loud. I have seen a few posts where owners have the 3", which has a deeper tone.

    Steering Wheel Slack

The lack of competency with Ford is concerning to say the least. I have had to immediately take it back on four separate occasions right after driving it off the lot for repairs that were not done correctly. Unfortunately, all Ford service depts within a 25 mile radius have horrible reviews.

    Steering Wheel Slack

Finally fixed after I had to argue with the service advisor and tech. They initially told me the slack was normal. I laughed at them and told them to check another ST on the lot. Lo and behold the issue was then resolved after the initial disagreement. Apparently when doing transfer case work...

    Steering Wheel Slack

Yep, that's what I was thinking. Back to the service dept for the 11th time since I've bought this thing a year and half ago. smh.....
