    CV Joint Leak

Of course Ford cannot get me in until next week and this is my only mode of transportation until then. How safe is this to drive? Or, does it really all depend? I have obligations during the week that requires about a 20 mile round trip a few times.

    CV Joint Leak

Appreciate this. Hoping that it is indeed as easy as replacing the boot and torquing the clamp correctly.

    CV Joint Leak

Welp after noticing a slight vibration coming from the middle of the cabin, I checked underneath to see if there was any visible damage, leaks, etc. I had a serious vibration from a "bent" wheel about six weeks ago that was fixed. Fast forward about four weeks after the repair and I notice the...

    Dr. ColorChip Advice

Purchased Dr. ColorChip and applied to a couple scratches that could not buff out. Followed the instructions, watched a few YouTube videos and even had someone that has used it many times before help out. After a couple applications, the scratches still show through. Any advice from anyone who...

    Bad Vibration After Tire Rotation

Welp the vibration after the wheel repair has reared its ugly head again four weeks in. Not as bad as the first time around but noticeable around 75-80. No steering wheel shake this time and vibration has moved more to the center of vehicle. I have lost track of how many times this ST has been...

    A little frustrated

Well this all now makes sense. I was wondering why I am constantly filling up the reservoir.

    A little frustrated

Front camera washer? I have a 2020 and never knew this was a feature! How do you go about activating it?

    Exhaust smell

I really don't understand how these dealerships are so incompetent to not be able to "replicate" this known issue. I honestly believe that some folks on this forum have more knowledge than a lot of Ford service advisors and techs. When I took mine in for the first time with this issue and the...

RED PAINT Flaking off brake calipers already

Having this issue as well on my front passenger side caliper along with clear coat peeling on the wheels. I contacted Ford directly who mentioned the below. I had this chat transcript emailed to my Gmail account just in case I need to use it when taking it in to get fixed. I would suggest you...

New Owner, 2022 Ford Explorer ST Forged Green Metallic

The reason I did not go with the 3" is that I heard that it was too loud from folks on this forum. Granted, that is all subjective so I guess it's all a matter of opinion. I get zero drone whatsoever with the 2.5". It's a bit aggressive on cold start, hardly noticeable at cruising speeds and...

New Owner, 2022 Ford Explorer ST Forged Green Metallic

You will definitely want to change the flex pipe sections, which Borla does not replace. The OE flex pipes will drive you nuts with the rattling and Ford's TSB to fix the issue does not work. Check out the Thermal R&D 2.5" with mid pipes.

    Nasty Tire Vibration Solved

Mine have this PNCS label on them as well. The OE tires do not mention this within the product description but if you zoom in on the tires themselves, it has this labeled.

    Nasty Tire Vibration Solved

The OE's apparently do not have this "Noise Reduction Technology" Unless, for some reason it does not specify on the product description.

    Nasty Tire Vibration Solved

Did you mean Scorpion Zero's? I had a bad vibration, which I was told was a bent wheel and the tire was fine after I asked them a hand full of times to check the bands on the tire to make sure they were intact. Did not know about this foam issue until seeing this thread. Really hoping that Ford...

    FS For Sale OEM Exhaust

Unfortunately, shipping these would be a nightmare. They do not break down anywhere between the mid pipe connection to the exhaust tips. Basically a 8' by 5' box would be needed.

    New Pirelli tire

I had P Zero's on my Infiniti QX70s and they were great. Granted, not the same platform but still on an SUV. I might give the Michelin's a shot but Pirelli is a customer of mine so I get a pretty substantial discount, which is hard to pass up.

    New Pirelli tire

Does Pirelli make a P Zero for the ST? On their website it doesn't show the option when you plug in the year/make/model info. However, I do see 275/45R21 P Zero options out there when searching by tire size alone.

    Aftermarket Exhaust Burning Smell

Hahaha I was thinking the same. May have to scrap it off after one of those runs while it's still melted.

    Aftermarket Exhaust Burning Smell

Now the question is what is the easiest way to remove this?!?!

    Flex pipes rattling

Purchased my Thermal R&D with mid pipes through you guys and absolutely love it. Best pricing out there.
