Just went and checked mine. That door panel on mine is not loose. But, A little pressure and it slides right off. Has plastic guides and snaps than hold it in place. Should be an easy fix. Jim

I installed "Youtube Music" I selected my favorite artists and my favorite songs . You can see each artist up in playlist, and then select that artist and play all tracks or a track right off sync3 screen. You can also do it from flash drive . I don't like listening to music I don't like. Jim
