    Ram TRX is here

LMAO!! A Fiat fan!! True! In order to qualify his statement, he gave you his entire CV! I agree with you too, this is a FORD forum. I have a company owned RAM 2500 4X4 Diesel and will NEVER own one.

I apologize if someone has already answered- Forscan codes for ST?

There is a place in Forscan to do that but it also turns the USB ports off. And, I’ve also heard it doesn’t work all the time anyway. I did what you did with Forscan and the Auto Stop eliminator. This works fine.

    Catch Cans

Look at the features and benefits of each. JLT is much less expensive and the UPR has the electronic clean side separator which is a nice option. I did the UPR one and am happy with it. Warranty will be fine but when in doubt, take it off before going in for service.

    What’s that smell?

I think everyone knows it’s a heat issue during boost but the question is where is it coming in from.

    Back from ceramic coating

    Looks great. Wheels too?

    What’s that smell?

I’m at 4,000 miles and I still get it after getting on it hard but not nearly as much as I did before. I just had new exhaust tips put on so the dump downs (fake tips) are gone so the exhaust comes straight out now. I believe I smell it more after putting on the new tips too. The low pressure...

Damn.. you’ve had your share of disappointments but don’t settle for silver if you want white. I’m biased but I’m so glad I went with star white. The lines of the car are really complimented in white.

    New guy, 2020 vs 2021?

So what’s the status on your purchase?

    More dealer hackery

My answer to that problem is to do my own oil changes. That’s the only reason I do them myself. The hacks that change oil are the entry level mechanics at the dealerships.

    New guy, 2020 vs 2021?

I saw a car carrier on the highway yesterday with a full load of Broncos. I’m thinking of getting one to tow behind the motor home. Pretty cool looking.

    1000 mile oil change.

Short answer, no. Trans and rear gear yes but not critical. It’s good to fluctuate speed for a while when new as this wears in mating surfaces more uniformly. Heat cycles are good too.

    1000 mile oil change.

While I didn’t do a Blackstone oil analysis on this motor, I have on previous ones and with GDI engines, there is the factor of fuel dilution that happens which does reduce the viscosity of the oil.

    Advice appreciated 2021 ST

You’re playing them right. Those guys hate it when buyers walk away. If there was another car at another dealership, it would give you more leverage. Good luck...hope it works out well for you.
