UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

That’s what I’ll do too; get the fitting from UPR and not sacrifice the stock hose and fittings.. thanks brother

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

What tab did you break off the orange connector? I thought I had it off after messing with it for a half hour and it clicked back in place. I started getting too pissed off to continue so I think I’ll break it off now too, just not sure where to break it.

Who is having issues with their ST? (POLL)

No issues at all. Build date of Feb. 2020. And I’m extremely picky about stuff with cars too.

    Chip on left fender

If it were mine I’d probably let it go. Sometimes paint repairs look worse after they’re done, especially if they respray and blend.

    Sync navigation question

Hmmm...Dynamic Route Guidance will guide you around traffic. Was there traffic on the freeway when this happened?

    Sync navigation question

Check your preferences in NAV settings. It probably is set to avoid highways.

    Forscan settings discussion

Good advice. I did read somewhere in the Forscan forum that they’re working on it but I’ll probably just get that bypass connection that goes under the steering column.

Excessive condensation/dripping from passenger side rear quarter?

There’s been cases where water has leaked into the spare tire compartment during rain. Check inside there to see if it has. Another possibility is that since you said it’s been hot, have you been running the rear AC? It could be the rear condensation drain that exits there. I haven’t run my rear...

Yeah I know but I’d like to program it out. It can be done. Thanks.

    Forscan settings discussion

I did the Boot Camp Windows option on my Mac and FORScan works perfectly. Has anyone found out the true fix for Auto Start/Stop using this yet? From what I’ve read on the FS forum, the 2020’s have a new PCM that won’t allow just that option to disable; it’s tied to other options too. The double...

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

Yep! Same here. If you ease the pressure, they pop back in place. Curious how the service guys get that off. I’m not sure why they have it so tamper proof either. I think it’s only a minor amount of venting that goes through there.

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

There’s three so if you find one, the other two are about 60 degrees to each side of the one you found. A pick was a bit hard to navigate around so I took a piece of coat hanger wire and hammered on one end to flatten it then rounded off the edge to fit inside the connector and the flat end can...

    BAD SERVICE!! GRRRRRRRR!!

That’s exactly why I do ALL my own oil changes and many other service points on all of our cars. The oil change bay at the dealerships is occupied by an entry level mechanic. I used to be on a Z06 forum and would read about dealerships that had filled the oil from the valve cover cap which had...

Anyone get frustrated with people thinking you are a cop?

It is kinda funny to see people in front of you slow down to EXACTLY the speed limit.....except when you need to get someplace quick.

    Sync Navigation Update

It looks like the Sync update site is down for maintenance. It has been since yesterday.

    ST Accessories/Modifications

You could cut off both bosses once you have the holes made using those self tapping screws and screw in a very short 1/4 or 3/8 inch screw and screw it down flush. The vault pushes down into the console space very tight and like I said earlier, those screws aren’t supporting anything, they just...

    ST Accessories/Modifications

There are stand offs/bosses inside of the vault that are threaded and welded to the inside of the vault. That’s what you see in the picture and the head of the screw tightens down flush with the top of the boss. The hole goes all the way through the vault and when the screw is threaded through...
