Thanks. Used Unleashed for my 2 previous Explorer Sports but thought the SCT X4 was outdated for this application so I looked elsewhere and at the HP tuners device thinking it was my only option.

Anyone tried the ZFG auto octane tune? Can't seem to find any reviews of the auto octane tune. Any insight or just go with dedicated 93 tune n make sure the wife puts the right gas in at fill ups? Wife mostly drives it. Reason I was thinking of the auto octane tune is if 93 octane sky rockets...

Question about adding E85. If I add some to the tank it adapts to the added E content accordingly and produces more power over straight 93e10?

Thanks for the quick response. Yeah I couldn't feel any difference between 87 and 93. I switched over to 87 and abandoned the idea of tuning after the gas skyrocketed lol. Gas has come down a bit and was thinking of tuning again. Do you only offer the autox tune or a dedicated 93 tune too...

So at 87oct this tune will basically be identical to the stock tune performance wise? Is there anything different when using 87?

Well it was the radiator fan not working since I picked it up off the lot. That caused the issue with the a/c while parked and obviously the overheating issue.

Does this apply to us who have leased an ST or only people who bought the vehicle. Thanks

Take a look at the Subaru Forester Sport and you will see the red accents. Those ideas look too much like the Forester.

The filter is the same as last generation Explorer Sport. Actually the filter is the same size for all last generation Explorers too. You can check the AEM website and the filter is the same across all trims and past few years.

I have always used an oiled filter and have never once had an issue with them. Only reason I like the AEM is the price over the AFE and even a little cheaper than the K&N.

Not sure if you ordered yet but when I proceed to checkout from ZFG they charge $15 for shipping for me. Unless you have a coupon code. I found it on Amazon if you have prime it ships free and only charges tax. Much cheaper for me that way and should be delivered within a couple days.
