    How to get outside air in?

    It will use a combination of inside and outside air if the recirculation light is off. I don't think it is just all outside air.

    As @FORZDA3 mentioned, don't clear the code and take it to a dealer. I have had good experiences with AutoNation Ford in Katy.

    You should consider moving the wire connection a little to the left as that ECU cover will rub through the insulation on the wires. I have the same cover and drilled some holes on the brace just to the left to fix this issue.

    Welcome Gary and congratulations on your new ST. It sucks that you lost your last Explorer but I'm sure it will not take long to get a connection to your new one. If I can suggest one thing it would be a ZFG tune. Being in California creates a challenge getting one.
