Hard to do without USB, I hear over the AIR updates are unreliable, guess you could check for trouble codes or just replace the USB hub or try reseating the cables.

Agreed, unless there is deep pitting and/or metal flaking off, best not to take it in, service calls sometimes cause more harm than good.

Rusty Half Shafts on 5 Day Old New 2024 ST

Looks like condensation from prolonged exposure (storage) in a high humidity environment, the darker rust spots are where the condensation formed water drops. Alignment Specs (Camber)

I've read many posts saying they needed to modify the front wheel knuckle to strut bolt hole, others say it's not necessary. See Install section 3.2 below: https://www.foexplorer.com/ford_explorer_removal_and_installation_front_strut_and_spring_assembly-441.html

    Alignment Specs (Camber)

If they are trying to set the Camber with toe out of spec, I don't think it will work, I struggled aligning my ST because I was going out of order. It was only when I moved the upper control arm to the farthest outward position and ignored the Camber reading then set the toe, did the Camber fall...

    Oil drain plug leaking

Thanks, I see that the OEM plug has a different color o-ring, it has been my experience that the black o-rings are a harder compound than the green o-rings. Thinking I'll just order OEM plugs one at a time.
