Today I got further into the Forscan programming and turned on cornering lights. Turns out they're the fog lamps and since I already set them to work with high beams they're on whenever the lights are, so I accomplished nothing. It was fun trying though.

Supposedly the ones built after Dec 2019 didn't have the problems. Ours was built in January and so far hasn't been any trouble.

I've never seen them all in one place, that would be to easy. The Forscan website tutorial shows you how to do "easy method", plain English programming, and that gives you a whole list of addressable options. I saw a bunch more that sounded interesting, but I want to find out something about...

I don't know about it being standard, but it was turned off. Now you can't drive it without the key fob, before you could. It wouldn't surprise me if lots of these were programmed differently. I don't leave it running unattended, but this makes a good anti-carjacking tool.

For anyone who's not sure about using Forscan: I just did three mods with it and I'm not exactly computer literate. It's simple if you use the "Easy Programming" method. Just be sure to follow the instructions. I did the double honk eliminate, Bambi mode and secure idle.

We use mostly Quick Trip, either regular or mid-grade. Never had a problem with either octane, although I top it off with premium if I'm planning on using the right pedal a lot.
