You guys going full synthetic, is that through ford service shop, a non ford place, or yourself? Just curious how much extra ford charges for full synthetic. Not sure I’d even trust them to actually do full synthetic even if I paid extra.

Besides the casting feature, you can still use Netflix, YouTube etc through the device? Only devices I’ve seen do that cost over $200.

Waze has been working nicely with my carlinkit. So it should work well with the kavimn. but thinking I may give this a shot soon. Or maybe I’ll wait for the next report of one lol

I know there is a setting to turn CarPlay on or off in the settings. Make sure that it didn’t get turned off. Next thing I would do is just unpair your phone and redo the setup. Hopefully that would just trigger CarPlay to setup again.
