I'm pretty sure the remote start and garage door opener are on completely different frequencies, so probably not. But, I simply took a garage door remote and mounted it to the wall in my kitchen. I can open, and close, the garage door from inside the house.

Just a thought, in case you didn't try it: The tailgate switch can turned off in the on sceen programming, and the LKA needs other options turned on in order to work. In particular, LKA seems more complicated than necessary.

I considered the Grand Cherokee Hemi, I've owned a few in the past, but need three rows now. I looked at the Cadillac XT-6, but just wasn't impressed with it. I drove, and liked, the Lincoln Aviator, but discovered the ST was almost identical and gave me a lot more bang for the buck.

Mine doesn't give me access to shut it off, but this morning it stopped flashing all by itself.

I just tried to update mine. It spun aimlessly for 5 minutes and then told me it was current. The "as of" date changed so I have to believe it did something.
