Check the service manual, Section 501-17, "Roof Opening Panel Alignment", "Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization". Can be done without removing the headliner or the use of a scan tool.

Take your time, don't assume that the 60K plus price grantees a properly assembled SUV. Check for body panel alignments, and interior panels fit and finish. Maybe its just me, but it seems like the vehicles ordered by individuals are assembled better that Stock vehicles ordered by dealerships.

Update: The sound that I was hearing was coming from the passenger side C-pillar panel where it covers the headliner ( it made noise when I presses at a certain location), puled the panels and found the passenger side roof opening panel rear drain hose routing out of place and was chafing...

With me it happens around 30 to 50 mph on slightly bumpy roads.

I'll check that also, plan is to pull seats and install second row center seat console while checking interior for source of noise.
