There is a register button after you search your vin. It wouldn’t let me register for awhile and then randomly one day it let me.

Mine showed up on united road before it was actually shipped. I could never make an account with united road site either until a few days ago. I am now able to track my car. Not sure where the change was though.

Ohh gotcha. Yeah I think everything was just slowed down from the holiday. Mine was in Ohio via rail I believe 11/21 and than yesterday 11/26 arrived to Delaware, off rail and waiting truck transport to the dealer.

Have you tried the site that looks at the modules or whatever they’re called? The computer modules go online when the car has been built. The website is linked around here somewhere.

Yeah there is a lot more information on the non-mobile version of the site. In fact, I can tract all the cars that are being delivered to Chapman. Kinda weird. But my dealer sent me a screenshot the other day and on 11/21 my car was in Ohio. So I am not sure if it's been transferred by rail...

Where does it say that? At the very top under order, mine says “ LoadChild | PendingPickup”. Under dates I have a created and than arrived. 11/9 and 11/26 respectively for those. Do you have both those dates and what are they?

Nope. Just tried registering for the hell of it and it worked. The at one part it said the ticket was started 11/9 and than arrival 11/26 at 450pm today. There’s a lot of code names I don’t understand.

I was able to register under the united tracking company. I made an account and pulled up a bunch of info. Not exactly sure what it all means. Something says arrived today. Not sure if that is to the dealer or what. No word from dealer yet.

Id request cardax. If it’s low miles, I’d be weary of a buyback.

I’d still take the reliability of the later years. But it is bs with taking away these features.

Yeah I feel silly for letting it bother me but it stings when my 17 limited explorer has it but my brand new 22 ST has it removed. oh nice let me go check it out. Yeah they do. Before I ordered I always inquired about cars and the dealer would say it’s already sold.

So I’ve chatted with two different reps on fords website. One from general chat and another from build and price, and they both said that cup holder ambient lighting is in fact included with 401a package. They couldn’t provide actual data since it comes from an internal system. So I’m confused.

That is true. This guys said he had it. He posted a video and it showed the ambient lighting settings on the screen but no lighting in the cup holders.

Ford Explorer ST forum but yeah, I loved that accent feature. So disappointing. I’m pissed really cause it was never mentioned in the order guide about it being deleted. Like, what else is missing?

Not to change this thread but just read in the Facebook ST group that they removed the ambient lighting in the front cup holders. I am so pissed! I loved that accent feature on my 2017. Quite disappointed to say the least.

Month of less for me. Production 11/15 and expected delivery between 12/5 and 12/11.
