I got a reply from PBD about using a Mac computer. we only offer tuning support for your st via the ngauge device. the datalog is done thru the device, once you save your datalog you only need to use your laptop apple or windows to attach your datalog file on to an email.

I only have an apple laptop. Has anyone used a "non-windows" PC to attach and email/receive the files to put on the SD card and install in the HPTuner.?

Welcome. 2021 here. No issues since I bought it on Dec 26. Previously bought a 2020. The instrument cluster went out. Rattling in the door, and some other minimal issues. It was in the shop for 9 days before I talked them into buying it back and selling me a 2021.

I am going to pull the plug (pun intended) on a pedal commander this week. I went to check out the accelerator pedal and can't figure out how to unlock the connection to the pedal. There is a red tab there but it doesn't release.

Little different story. I bought a 2020 with 9k miles. Had a problem with the instrument cluster. Took a week to fix. During that time I discussed buying a new 2021 instead. I would have been happy with either. The dealer gave me $1k more than I bought the 2020 for in trade in. And I...
