    Yeah. Told me they did all the updates. Did everything to attempt to dignose the problem. Then decided to replace the entire instrument panel. Still waiting to find out when they will get the part. Frustrating.

    I usually plug my iphone into the USB port in the compartment in front of the cup Holders. Then place the phone upside down in that first slot in front of the cup holders. But it flops over sideways. So I figure I’m not doing it right!!?! Haha

    New ST owner here

    Gig Harbor WA. Last owned an explorer in 1996. Drove the wheels off of that ole girl. So far so good with my 2020 Explorer ST. Ridiculously fun to drive. Happy to be a part of the group.
