I'm running 1" front, 1.25" rear with H&R springs, and yes - the studs need to be trimmed to accommodate the 1" spacer. After seeing some photos here I decided 1.25" would be a bit too much poke on the fronts. I'll try and get some fitment photos for you tomorrow.

I think anything less than 1.25” requires trimming. I nipped .25” off my fronts to accommodate 1” Bora spacers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Does anyone have any actual photos of a production run AFE brace, specifically the welds? I’m deciding between it and the Steeda brace.
