    The key was off but not in maintenance mode. Press the brake pedal 3 times and hold. Opening the bleeder valve, kicked on the electric master cylinder.

    I used the two man method. When I open the bleeder valve, the Brake pump would kick on and push fluid into my vacuum pump. Maybe the car need to be in maintenance mode.

    FYI. I bleed the brakes the traditional way. The Explorer did not like that. Dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Had to use Forscan to do a self test on the ABS system. Does anyone know how to bleed the brake system?

    How many miles did you put on your original breaks?

    At 50K miles. I have some shaking when slowing down. Order the Power Brake kit. Should be there this week.

    Checked the oil pressure with Forscan. 16 PSI at idle Jump up to 60 PSI reving the engine up.

    Talked to the Dealer Service, said there not much they can do right now. I guess just wait still she blow up. Check the filter at 80 miles. No metal in the filter.

    Sounds like knocking or miss firing at cold start. Anyone else have this occur?

    Cam Phase can make noise after sitting all night. Loses oil pressure.

    Metal in Oil at 50k Miles

    2022 Ford Explorer ST with 50k Miles. I change the oil every 6,000 miles with 5w-30 Mobil One Full Synthetic (About 6.3 Qt). Doesn't burn oil. Check the dipsticks every 2 weeks. Found some oil in the filter and drain pan (See pictures below) Engine sound normal for a Ecoboost. Still making...
