    Turbo "fin" removal?

Changing the restriction of the OEM air filter in the intake may help, A different airbox may help, but if you want that Fast and Furious "Tsss tss", you're looking for a blowoff valve. The OEM "Bypass valve" (or "recirc valve") pushes the bard-earned air charge back into the system, whereas the...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Indeed! It would be good to know if all the wiring is there though, then it should be as simple as enabling 360.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

The 360 setup utilizes front, rear, and mirror cameras. What you are missing are the mirrors, which would have been a problem with supply chain BS. I mean, there were Explorers with "2nd row climate deleted", but was only missing the controls module from the console, and people could simply...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

There was a company called Coastal Tech that made a device for SYNC called a "lockpick" that would allow for camera usage, but their site seems shuttered and I can't find posts about recent models

    White smoke?

If it's from the BOV, that's not good. The only moving part/source for oil would be the turbos.... so for some reason your turbos would be letting out a decent amount of oil...

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

Have no clue. Though, to be fair, we hadn't seen a lot of this, just a few times. Problems like this get diluted by the fact that all 200K+ owners don't talk to each other all the time, and many owners aren't under the car checking for diff bolts every day. For example, I'd never have known...

    updated forscan spreadsheet???

Trust me - if it's able to be utilized, I want it done.

    updated forscan spreadsheet???

The IPC I dont know that we could arrange in forscan. I've heard the "pimpmyford" allows you to reprogram IPCs so they look conpletely different etc, but I havent looked into it. Someone used a 2019 Explorer Platinum IPC to make a baddass 80s Nissan 300zx digital cluster. I believe the issue is...

Post your favorite pic...it’s a show off thread.

The concentration of people shopping for certain types of vehicles is a lot lower than those going to a specific-car enthusiast forum. Also, there are people who drive without plates. Hell, Steve Jobs would buy a new car all the time soe he didnt have to have a plate that someone could use to...

Just purchased my wife this 2023 St

Welcome, friend! How is she going to feel when we stir FOMO and a fire to mod it? (Others have noted that being a dangerous path haha)

new 2023 ST Explorer and forscan and gauges

There is a forscan spreadsheet thread. There's one for A.S.S. disabling too. We know where youre at - tach only in sport mode is DUMB, and no boost gauge at all is freakin RIDICULOUS. Somehow Ford made a sport vehicle and decided not to be fully sporty. :ROFLMAO:

    updated forscan spreadsheet???

I know there's a post here about ASS. It was found on an F150 forum and has been used by someone here for about a year now. He updates the thread to bump and update us this wrrk IIRC.

    2020 Audio System

Im sorry to hear you have that problem. I think that the pandemic-era QC, coupled with the newness of the platform, has you in a bad place. It is possible that your unit is part of the shifting sands of model changes. For example, mine is a late March build date, which means I should have a...

    Norcal Owner Check in

The NorCal thread hasn't had any love in a while. I'm in the SF Bay and frequent Sac, in case people want to hang out.

ANYONE running SBfilter hot & cold side piping??

Thanks for the clarification! I don't like BOVs so I wasn't invested in that when looking at piping. aFe sells 2 kits, one for the early models with a factory recirc valve, and one that has no opening for the recirc. It sounds like anyone wanting custom coloring, or run an actual BOV, FenFab...

ANYONE running SBfilter hot & cold side piping??

I'm glad to hear Brett's work is sweet and that he works with his customers - always a bonus for anyone trying to customize their look. Custom underhood is sweet As far as BOV on aFe, they sell a set of pipes with a BOV port on it, which you could run the valve of your choosing on, right?

ANYONE running SBfilter hot & cold side piping??

I won't disagree that the FenFab has a certain rough, A-Team feel to it. I'm more of a red guy myself, and Mandrel-bent without welds showing is like talking dirty, so the aFe is where I put my bid.

    Towing Mileage

I won't speak for others here, and I have not towed yet. (Actually, I'm towing tomorrow for the 1st time, a 6x12 Uhaul with a few pieces of furniture) - Intercoolers help keep charge-air temps down. - The combination of charge air temp and octane, help keep your engine from knocking - When the...

ANYONE running SBfilter hot & cold side piping??

^ OEM is so despicable. Though, I don't know how I feel about a silicone hose of that length, containing boost. (Yes, it will "hold air", not like it is transparent to air. I mean the expansion of the tube will cause lag, etc)
